100PSA 10 1st Edition Shining Charizard Neo Destiny 107/105

You all know how much I love starting off these lists with a Charizard. Today is no different. It is a little sad because I was actually watching this listing and wanted to acquire it for myself. But as they say ‘you snooze, you looze’ – in that spelling too. Well it is now in my Top 10 list, so I will be reminded of it forever. Anyway, very nice and rare card. It is hard enough to pull one of these cards and even harder to get it graded a perfect 10.

PSA 10 1st Edition Shining Mewtwo Neo Destiny 109/105

Beautiful card, Mewtwo is always a good Pokemon to have. One of the best artworks of Mewtwo, in my opinion. Looks dark, mean and bad-ass. Which pretty much sums up Mewtwo.

PSA 8 1st Edition Charizard Base 4/102

Fantastic to see another Charizard! It’s not PSA 10 but still an 8 which means it is a Near Mint – Mint. Which is still very hard to come by almost 17 years later.

1st Edition Gym Challenge Sealed Booster Box

Rare to find many sealed WotC booster boxes these days. It is a shame it has a damaged corner as you can see in the photo. Probably could have got a bit more for it. Still a very rare and sought after booster box to have in any collection.

1st Edition Neo Discovery Sealed Booster Box

Another Wizards of the Coast rare sealed booster box sold this week. The price of these boxes are continuing to rise. I hope that the buyer keeps it sealed and tries to shrug off any nostalgia that may overcome them. If they do decide to open the box, I hope they get very good pulls!

 Base Set Sealed Booster Box

There is always one of these boxes in these lists. Just wouldn’t be a Top 10 Most Expensive Pokemon Card sale article without it. Box looks in great condition with sharp corners. Exactly what a collector would want.

PSA 10 Japanese Espeon Holo Gold Star 50,000 Points Promo Card

You received this card if you were part of the Pokemon Players Club. It sounds like a high class strippers for Pokemon fans. But as cool as that would be, it’s not. You would get points by attending events and winning matches against other players. There would not be many of these cards around. Especially with a PSA grade of 10. There is 16 of these in population at the moment. Making this card a highly sought after object to any die hard Pokemon card collector.
